 Our client is looking for a candidate with advanced knowledge of Java Development programming; senior level experience in this area is preferred.  The ideal candidate will also have 8 + years related work experience and 5 + years experience in data system implementation and trouble-shooting work with billing systems and the telecommunication industry.

 The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and writing skills and must be able to lead a team.  Professionalism and exceptional customer focus is required.  A candidate with the ability to multi-task efficiently is a plus.

Our client is looking for an Oracle Form Developer with senior experience in Oracle Forms, Reports, PL/SQL, and Web Service. This is a contract to permanent position that has the potential to become permanent after 90 days.  The candidate chosen for this opportunity will be expected to perform maintenance activities on existing software products to increase the effectiveness of the product for business use.

 Requirements are as follows:

• A thorough knowledge and understanding of software development as typically obtained through the completion of a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Must be able to perform entry level work in software development by means of sufficient education background or equivalent experience. A minimum of two years of software development or experience is required. 
• A general understanding and knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures within the software development field is required.
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with internal and external customers and department staff.
• Must posses the ability to communicate well with others, to perform work in a team environment, direct and act as a resource for less experienced network administrators and relay necessary information.
