"I have just signed a deal with an ad company known as Fizook who is establishing themselves pretty well in Utah and is wanting to open up here. I am now their Maricopa county licensee and I am in serious need of 20 seasoned sales reps that can sell advertizing. They could be out of insurance sales, auto sales and so forth but I think its best for sure for them to have the sales background. I basically have divided Maricopa county into 20 areas and so its probably best if they perform in the area or close to where they live. The first years income model for a typical sales rep is about $45k first year, $80 2nd, 120 3rd and 150 4th."
